This is the first session out of three on the mindfulness in business course. In this session, participants will get an introduction to mindfulness and how to apply this in professional settings. Topics to be discussed are as following:

2 - Mindfulness practices - get it real
3 - Reflection and Exercises on:
- Moving your point of attention back to yourself
- Individual and team attention, are they aligned?
- What 'pictures' are you and your business operating on?
- Get better results with the 'right' point of attention
4 - Practical plans to reach your goal
