On March 5th the 13th National People Congress of the People's Republic of China (NPC) will hold its second annual session in Beijing. During this session Premier Li Keqiang is expected to outline the Work Report of Government. This report will provide us indications on the Central Government's policy plans for 2019. A key aspect of the NPC will be the review of China's new Foreign Investment Law draft that was put forward by the NPC Standing Committee on the 30th of January. Once adopted, this law will replace three existing laws on foreign ventures, representing a big step towards a more open Chinese market to the world.
BenCham has the pleasure to invite you to a breakfast organized in cooperation with AustCham China, Finnish Business Council Beijing, SwedCham China, CCI France Chine and SwissCham China. We have handpicked two expert speakers who will be giving a close reading of the 2019 Work Report of Government and its indication of Chinese economic trends, along with the latest analysis of China's Foreign Investment Law.
We are looking forward to welcoming you. Registration starts at 7h30.
